Balancing Services:

Test Sanat Co. delivers precision balancing services with respect to a variety of industrial machinery with an internal mechanism of rotating gears and movements such as turbines, centrifuge spinning vessels, electrometers, industrial fans, etc.

Our balancing services cover the following weight categories:

• Balancing services for industrial equipment with a max weight of 7 MT, with a precision tolerance range of plus or minus 500 grammas.

•  Balancing services for equipment and machinery with a max weight of 3 MT, with a precision tolerance of 0.1 grammas.

•  We offer our customers the convenience of on – the – job, customized services with portable balancing equipment at the customers’ site.

Cutting Services:

We offer an extensive range of high-precision metal cutting services with the aid of water jetting, air cutting and plasma CNC machines.

Machine Tools:

A well-equipped machine shop at our production facilities at Hashtgerd caters to the requirements of our clients by offering a variety of high quality, precision metal working, machine operated tooling services.

Our impressive ranges of machine tools include:

•  A carousel lathe with a 3,200 mm vise grip and a height of 1,200 mm, equipped with two simultaneously operating vise grips.

• A 3-meter lathe machine.

• Heavy duty lathe machines extending to six meters in length, with a vise grip six of 2,400 mm.

•  A surface grinder with a platform of 700 mm.

CCTV Inspection Services:

In recent years there has been a marked tendency on the part of many government agencies and state – owned companies to step up the process of privatizing a wide spectrum of economic activity under government control.

Close interaction with the water & waste water industry indicates that this tendency largely prevails among a majority of operators to sub contract network maintenance and rehabilitation projects to specialist, private service companies with the required physical assets and property trained human resources at their disposal.

Backed up with several years of experience as the exclusive agents of RAUSCH AG, the world famous German suppliers of sophisticated CCTV systems and thanks to highly – skilled engineering cadres, each with an advanced training background at the manufacturers’ site in Germany, who have contributed to qualify Test Sanat Co. as the Authorized Service Center of Rausch Camera systems in Iran, we have taken advantage of this opportunity to adopt a strategy of forward integration into CCTV inspection services as an element of our core competency.

For this purpose, Test Sanat Co. has made a substantial capital investment for the procurement of an advanced, highly versatile line of CCTV camera system and has already been awarded several service contracts for inspection and test commissioning of sewer networks in Tehran and other locations in the country.

The CCTV camera available at Test Sanat Co. offers PAN & TILT Convenience with endless rotation up to 280 degrees, upright pictures through the E. Flip function, 10 fold optical zoom and 12 fold digital zoom with a picture resolution of 530 TV lines.
